Design New Ventures

In 2018 I started RapidVenture, a corporate venture design program at MRM for brands to identify growth opportunities that can lead to new products, services, and businesses.

Disruption is more complex and multifaceted than ever before and requires everyone to use creativity over buzzword bingo. Traditionally consultancies, agencies, and design firms separate strategy from design, and creativity from execution. RapidVenture was the first of its kind program that combined design thinking with design making at the intersection of technology, business, humans, and the environment allowing organizations to transform at the speed and flexibility of start-ups.

The following case outlines the RapidVenture innovation cycle for one of the largest sports companies in the world - Nike to identify new business opportunities that can be launched at scale.
